It is a signature program of the American Cancer Society and a partnership between ACS, National Cosmetology Association, and the Cosmetic Toiletry & Fragrance Association. This is a free program that teaches beauty techniques to women in active cancer treatment (surgery, chemo, radiation) to help them with the appearance-related side effects of treatment including make-up, wigs and scarves/turbans. Each lady receives a free personalized beauty/makeup kit.
