Baby Boot Camp - FREE Class

Designed specifically to help new moms get back into shape after having a baby. Strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills, core exercises, and stretching will strengthen and tone your body. Have fun with your child (ages 6 weeks to 4 years old) while getting fit. All fitness levels welcome.
Please bring a water bottle, mat or towel and your child will need: stroller, snacks, toys, diapers and a blanket.
