Nursing Mothers - Breastfeeding 101

This is a one session class covering the basics of breastfeeding; how your body produces milk, proper positioning and latch-on techniques. Breastfeeding is the best infant feeding option for most babies but it is a learned skill. You will receive helpful information to get you and your baby off to a good start. The fee for this class is per couple.
Unless it is a medical emergency, refunds are available only for cancellations made 2 weeks prior to class date and will not be given for no-shows or if you attend any portion of the class. Medical emergencies must be confirmed in writing by the patient's healthcare provider. Registration is for the expectant mother and 1 guest. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of your class or tour.
