Childbirth Preparation - 1/2 Day Intensive Class

This class series helps expectant mothers become informed, active participants in the childbirth process. Information provided includes "breathing for life", coping strategies, comfort measures, medications, and postpartum adjustment. Plan to attend no later than early in your seventh month of pregnancy. A prepared childbirth book is included with the class fee. The fee for this class is per couple.
Unless it is a medical emergency, refunds are available only for cancellations made 2 weeks prior to class date and will not be given for no-shows. For Healthy Start participants, the referral form must be brought to the first class or you will not be able to attend.
