Childbirth Refresher

Prior childbirth or a Lamaze course is required for this one-session class. A review of labor and delivery, relaxation and breathing techniques along with pain management options are covered and a tour of the facility is also included. Bring 2 pillows and a blanket / throw and wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
Unless it is a medical emergency, refunds are available only for cancellations made 2 weeks prior to class date and will not be given for no-shows or if you attend any portion of the class. Medical emergencies must be confirmed in writing by the patient's healthcare provider. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of your class or tour.
