Morton Plant Mease has partnered with White Orchid Yoga to offer yoga classes to those coping with cancer, its treatment and/or side effects. Certified instructors will guide you through very basic and gentle yoga techniques to help you achieve inner calm, peace and healing. Dress in casual, comfortable clothing.
