This interactive class teaches all aspects of infant care including feeding, diapering, bathing safety, signs of illness, and newborn characteristics. You will learn about infant cues, infant states, and how your infant will communicate with you. The class is for the expectant mother and her support person. Additional guests are welcome to attend however there is a fee of $15 for each additional person.

Approach adolescence with confidence during this two-part class that begins with the discussion of the physical and emotional changes of puberty. Parents attend this class with their child ages 10-14. Part two is appropriate for older adolescents and involves a discussion about conception, sexuality, and the importance of abstinence.

This tour will include a triage room, the Labor and Delivery suite, Post Partum room, and a look at the nursery. We will discuss the common practices at the hospital so that you will be familiar with the hospital before you come to have your baby. Registration is for the expectant mother and one additional guest. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start time so the tour can begin on time. The tour will meet in the hospital lobby between the gift shop and the information desk.

This class helps expectant mothers become, informed, active participants in their childbirth process. Information provided includes: comfort measures, coping strategies, medications, childbirth process and postpartum adjustments.

This is a support group for women who may be experiencing postpartum depression or other perinatal mood associated with pregnancy or birth. What to expect from the support group: education, support, discussion and socializing. Symptoms may include lack of energy, feelings of shame or guilt, sadness and crying, difficulty concentrating and/or the inability to bond with your baby.

A cancer diagnosis can be stressful, shocking and a difficult challenge for everyone. This "toolkit" support group provides valuable group discussions as well as helpful information as patients, caregivers and family members adjust to their cancer diagnosis, treatment and survivorship.

This is a one on one appointment for customers to be taught how to properly install their car seat and make necessary corrections. Please be aware that this is not an installation service. Allow 30-45 minutes for this individual appointment. Bring the vehicle's owner's manual and the car seat instructions with you. Each car seat that needs inspection, must have a scheduled appointment.
